Service Management Suite (SNOW)

Overview

IT Services use ServiceNow’s Service Management suite (SNOW) to manage our IT operations. 

It creates a single system of record for all our IT processes and brings together strategy, design, transition and operation.

SNOW is used to log issues and problems reported to the IT Service Desk and to manage requests generated from Schools and Professional services.
