Overview
Due to the licensing partnership between the university and Microsoft, current BU Students and Staff can now download Office 365 ProPlus for free. Office 365 ProPlus includes all the familiar Office applications and offers the ability for these to be locally installed on up to five devices and is available offline.

Staff can also request Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac on a disk from IT Services. This is not available to Staff who have previously received a copy of Microsoft Office software from IT Services.

Staff can also choose to download the software direct from a Microsoft reseller. Please note you must use the reseller link below and not the general Microsoft sales website. There is a charge of £6 for this service.
