Overview

Anyone can request access to folders on the I drive by contacting the IT Service Desk.

Access will need to be authorised by nominated staff in the School or Professional Service that own the relevant area on the I drive.

FAQ's

Q: Who can request I drive access for me?

A: You can submit a request in SNOW.  Your departmental administrator will be asked to authorise access.

Q: How soon can I have access to the new area of the I drive?

A: If the request has been submitted correctly it will typically be completed within 48-hours after authorisation.
